This
is a promotional still from 1939's The Son of Frankenstein, one of
Denham's favorite movies. Besides scaring the CRAP out of him (he was
quite young, after all, when he first saw it on black-and-white TV) it
is arguably the best American horror film of all time. Bela Lugosi's
character of Igor and the policeman with the wooden arm were classic
elements that contributed a lot to the much later Young Frankenstein.
